As a part of our expansion program, SMITABH with its
associated company M/S DINMAN POLYPACKS PRIVATE LIMITED have currently
come up with a new project at EPIP Durgapur for manufacturing and
exporting of LAMINATED and PRINTED WOVEN SACK / SHOPPING BAGS and normal
PP WOVEN SACKS with technology hitherto not used in India.

Poly Propylene Woven Sacks, also known as Raffia Bags, is
a bulk packaging media for packaging Solid and Granular Products. These
sacks are growing as the preferential mode of packing, especially when
target quantities are above 5 kgs, and this is mainly due for being
Durable , Light Weight, Moisture / Water Resistant and Reusable. Perhaps
the only drawback of Woven Sacks is their appearance, which is rather
coarse giving it the look of a rugged cement bag. However this aspect
has also been significantly improved by the Introduction of our
specially printed and laminated bags. |

With Lamination and Printing the sacks are given a much
more appealing and aesthetic look and hence they perform the Function of
Packing and Packaging simultaneously. |

|
This means of Packing is highly popular for packing of
Sugar, Chemicals, Fertilizers, Food grains, Poultry Feed etc. From the
present trends it can be easily concluded that PP Woven Sacks are fast
replacing Conventional Jute / Textile Packaging media. |
